Our Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Viva Vertical App ("App"), operated by Viva Vertical ("we", "our", "us").

This App is designed to facilitate class bookings, credit purchases, and client management. By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this App.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when registering an account.


3. Credits System

3.1 General

Users are required to purchase Credits before booking any classes or services.

Credits are categorized as follows:

COURSE Credits

  • Available in 4-week, 6-week, or 8-week commitments

  • Includes complimentary Access Credits

CLASS Credits

  • Applicable for drop-in classes

ACCESS Credits

  • Applicable for self-practice sessions (Aerial / Pole / Bungee)

3.2 Validity

  • All Credits are valid across all Viva Vertical locations.

  • Credits will be activated once added to your account.

  • Users are responsible for monitoring credit expiration dates.


4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Booking Methods

Users may book classes via:

  • In-app booking system

  • WhatsApp: +6016 209 6997

4.2 Payment Methods

  • Online payments (credit/debit card via App)

  • Bank transfer or cash (manual processing required)

4.3 Payment Processing

  • Payments made via bank transfer or cash may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the system.

4.4 Pricing

  • All listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (including SST where applicable).


5. Refund & Transfer Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable.

  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other users.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused credits.


6. Booking & Cancellation Policy

6.1 Class Confirmation

  • A booking is only confirmed once completed via the App scheduler.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

Group Classes

  • Minimum 24 hours notice required for cancellation or rescheduling.

Private Classes

  • Minimum 24 hours notice required.

Private Parties

  • Minimum 7 days notice required.

  • Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation policy is not met.

6.3 Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations made within the required notice period may result in:

    • Credit deduction

    • Full charge of the session

6.4 Rescheduling

  • All rescheduling is subject to availability and at Viva Vertical’s discretion.


7. Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • Viva Vertical is not liable for unauthorized use of accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Viva Vertical shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in classes or use of facilities.

  • Users participate at their own risk.


11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
